What is the energy like in the team?
You don't just wanna be slamming ad's everywhere, but, having a goal, a plan, a strategy, enhanced with a range of diverse tools & techniques is good.
We are all coming at this from slightly different angle's but our goals, our motivations can often be very similar - namely - more vacations, bigger house, new car, money, freedom, lifestyle, buy time back to spend with your loved ones, family and friends, interests and hobbies etc etc ...
So you are prepared to put a little work in because nothing comes easy.
You don't feel as though you are an expert yet, although you will become one.
